At Odd Tut's, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our refund and returns policy below.
1. Returns
You have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions.

Please package the item securely and ship it back to us.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Non-returnable Items

6. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
